Returns & Refunds Policy

At Simpli Merch, most of our products are custom-made or personalised specifically for your business, event, team or brand. Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or simply deciding you no longer want the item once production has started.

Please carefully review all product details, colours, sizes, spelling, artwork and quantities before placing your order.

Returns & Replacements

We will gladly replace or refund items if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • There is a manufacturing fault or printing defect

  • The product differs significantly from the approved artwork or order details

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review the issue and work quickly to make it right.

Custom & Personalised Products

As all custom branded, personalised and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, these items cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect artwork supplied by the customer

  • Spelling or design errors approved during proofing

  • Delays caused by courier services once dispatched

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom apparel

  • Drinkware

  • Event merchandise

  • Tote bags

  • Branded office products

  • Promotional merchandise

  • Personalised gifts

Production & Colour Variations

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products

  • Product sizing may vary slightly between suppliers

  • Mockups and digital previews are for visual reference only

Minor variations are not considered faults.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has entered production, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Shipping Issues

While we work with trusted courier partners, shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods.

Simpli Merch is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
